Test your culinary knowledge by telling me the correct culinary name for the items that are listed in the sidebar "Food Trivia Teasers". The item list will grow as the month progresses. The first person (by timestamp) with the most correct answers will win a $20.00 gift certificate to the restaurant. You must be a registered visitor on our regular website to be eligible.

As an added bonus, share your favorite recipe using one of these items and we might highlight it as one of our guest specials of the month. This will give you entry into an annual contest with a prize to be announced and at least a 1 in 12 chance to win.

Recipes do not have to be precise and O'Sullivan's Wharf reserves the right to accept or refuse all recipes provided. Entering a recipe does not guarantee inclusion. Annual contest ends Dec. 31, 2007 and winner will be announced in early Jan. 2008.
